近年来随着易栓症发病率的升高，人们对于易栓症的重视程度也逐渐增加。深入研究易栓症与遗传性危险因素的关系，对预防静脉血栓栓塞症的发生有重大的意义。本文通过分析近年来国内外有关遗传性易栓症的文献报道，从而总结遗传性易栓症危险因素的研究进展，以期为进一步的研究提供依据。%In recent years,with the rising incidence of thrombophilia,people pay increasing attention to thrombophil-ia. Further study of the relationship between thrombophilia and hereditary risk factors will be significant in the prevention of the ve-nous thromboembolism. This paper reviews relevant articles published recently both domestic and abroad about hereditary thrombo-philia,and sums up the development of hereditary thrombophilia risk factors so as to provide the basis for its further research.
