Objective To observe the effect of homemade multifunctional belt on venous filling and hemostasis. Methods From May 2011 to December 2013,in out- and in-patient Departments of Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang Institute of Medical Sciences,300 patients with common urological,reproductive-system and internal diseases(210 males,90 females) were divided,according to visit time and gender,into groups study and control,150 in each,and 105 males,45 females in each. The control group used the traditional rubber tube tourniquet for vascular filling,the study group with multi-function belt. This study observed patients' degrees of comfort and pains on the belt-tying sites before venipuncture,needle eye bleeding and subcutaneous congestion and press time after withdrawal of needles. Results There was significant difference in degrees of com-fort and pains on the belt-tying sites between 2 groups(P<0. 05). The incidences of needle eye bleeding and subcutaneous congestion were lower in group study than in control group after withdrawal of needles(P<0. 05),the incidences of press time 3- min,5- min,7- min lower in study group than in control group(P<0. 05). Conclusion Homemade multifunctional belt can improve patients' degrees of comfort and pains,reduce incidences of needle eye bleeding and subcutaneous congestion af-ter withdrawal of needles,shorten press time,which save time and manpower efficiently.%目的：观察自制多功能一体带用于静脉充盈与止血的效果。方法选择南昌市医学科学研究所附属医院2011年5月—2013年12月门诊部与住院部收治的泌尿科疾病、生殖系统疾病、内科常见疾病患者300例，其中男210例，女90例，根据就诊时间及性别将患者等分为观察组与对照组各150例，其中男各105例、女各45例。对照组采用传统橡胶管压脉滞进行血管充勇，观察组采用多功能一体带。观察两组患者接受静脉穿刺前扎带部位皮肤舒适度与疼痛程度，拔针后皮肤针眼出血与皮下淤血情况，拔针后人工按压时间。结果观察组与对照组扎带部位皮肤舒适度、疼痛程度比较，差异有统计学意义（ P<0.05）。观察组患者拔针后针眼出血发生率和皮下淤血发生率均低于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组拔针后人工按压时间3~ min、5~ min、7~ min的发生率均低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论使用自制的多功能一体带进行静脉穿刺可使受压部位皮肤的舒适度提高、疼痛程度降低，拔针后皮肤针眼出血、皮下淤血发生率降低，人工按压时间缩短，有效节省了时间及人力，提高了工作效率。
