To probe into the knowledge of health status of elderly in this community, to provide a basis for further chronic disease management and health education. Methods The main items of physical examinations ( PE ) were blood pressure, blood glucose, alamine amonotransfer enzymes ( AAT), blood urea nitrogen, serum creatinine, blood fat, etc. determined by District Board of Health. All of the elderly voluntarily participating in PE had the right to choose specific i-tems. GP teams distributed conclusions of health evaluation and gave health propaganda and education. Results In 1273 subjects , the detection rate ( DR ) of hypertension was 57. 0% , no hypotension detected. Hypertension DR was 64. 9% ( 523/806 ) in 806 patients with previous history of hypertension ( 63. 3% ), and 43. 3% ( 202/467 ) in 467 patients without ( 36. 7% ). Hyperglycemia DR was 11. 4% (65/569), high uric acid 21. 8% (147/674), high cholesterol 11. 1 % (75/674), TG 35. 5% (239/674 ), HDL and LDL 46. 29% ( 312/674 ). DR of high cholesterol, HDL and LDL was higher in females (15. 5% ,50. 0% , respectively ) than in males ( 4. 7% , 40. 9% , respectively ), the difference was significant ( P = 0. 000 and 0.021, respectively). Conclusions By PE results, DRs of hypertension, high blood sugar-, high cholesterol, high uric acid are high. So there are a lot to do for GPs%目的 通过对上海市徐汇区天平街道1273例65岁以上老年人的体检结果进行分析,了解本社区老年人的健康现状,为进一步开展慢性病管理、健康教育工作提供依据.方法 体检项目由区卫生局统一规定,所有自愿参加体检的老年人有权选择具体的体检项目(主要为血压、血糖、丙氨酸氨基转移酶、血尿素氮、血肌酐、血脂等).全科团队负责发放健康评估的结论并进行健康宣教工作.结果 1273例体检者中高血压检出率为57.0%,无低血压者,既往有高血压病史者806例(63.3%),此次体检高血压检出率为64.9%(523/806);既往无高血压病史者467例(36.7%),此次体检高血压检出率为43.3%(202/467).674人接受了血液生化检测,高血糖检出率为19.6%,其中无糖尿病史者高血糖检出率为11.4%(65/569);高尿酸检出率为21.8%(147/674),高胆固醇检出率为11.1%(75/674),高三酰甘油检出率为35.5%(239/674),高低密度脂蛋白检出率为46.29%(312/674);且女性高胆固醇、高低密度脂蛋白的检出率(15.5%和50.0%)显著高于男性(4.7%和40.9%),差异均有统计学意义(P值分别为0.000和0.021).结论 体检结果显示,本社区老年人高血压、高血糖、高血脂和高尿酸的检出率较高,有许多工作需要全科医生去开展与完善.
