Objective To investigate the relationship between playfulness and achievement motivation in university students in order to provide reference for developing playfulness and achievement motivation in university students. Methods 370 university students were tested by adult playfulness scale and achievement motivation scale. Results The playfulness total score and its factors and the score of achievement motivation factor of pursuing success in students leaders were significantly higher than those of non - leader students ( P < 0. 05 ) . Students who often participate in social practice had significantly higher playfulness than those who occasionally or rarely participate in social practice ( P < 0. 05 ) . The playfulness total score and each factor were positively correlated with the total score of achievement motivation and pursuing success factor. The playfulness factor of " tend to create and solve problems" was negatively correlated with the achievement motivation factor of " avoiding failure" ( P <0. 05 ). Regression analysis showed that the playfulness factor of " tend to create and solve problems" could predict achievement motivation ( P <0. 01 ) . Conclusion Playfulness can significantly influence achievement motivation in university students.%目的 探讨大学生玩兴与成就动机的关系,为培养大学生玩兴和成就动机提供参考.方法 采用成人玩兴量表和成就动机量表对某高校370名大学生进行调查.结果 学生干部玩兴总分及各因子和成就动机的追求成功得分均高于非学生干部,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在参与社会实践方面,经常参与社会实践的大学生玩兴总分高于偶尔参与社会实践和几乎不参与社会实践的大学生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);大学生玩兴总分及各因子得分与成就动机总分、追求成功因子呈正相关,大学生玩兴的"乐于创造,解决问题"因子与成就动机的避免失败因子呈负相关(P<0.05);回归分析显示玩兴中"乐于创造,解决问题"因子对成就动机有预测作用(P<0.01).结论 玩兴对大学生的成就动机有重要影响.
