目的 探讨三焦针法治疗神经根型颈椎病(CSR)的临床疗效.方法 将32例患者采用随机数字表法分为观察组(16例)和常规组(16例).观察组取膻中、中脘、气海和双侧血海、足三里、外关为主,行三焦针法调治;常规组根据压痛点,循痛点及经脉取患侧穴,行常规针刺治疗.两组治疗前后采用CSR症状体征积分进行对比分析.结果 两组治疗疗效比较差异有统计学意义(u=3.86,P＜0.05),观察组治愈率为14/16,常规组治愈率为9/16.治疗后观察组第1、2、3疗程CSR症状体征积分分别为(13.33±1.87)分、(10.19±1.75)分、(5.56±1.55)分,常规组第1、2、3疗程CSR症状体征积分分别为(18.17±1.78)分、(12.42±1.92)分、(6.27±1.71)分,组间比较差异均有统计学意义(t1疗程=9.89、t2疗程=6.64、t3疗程=2.39,P＜0.05).结论 三焦针法治疗CSR起效快、疗效好,优于常规针刺法,并在一定程度上提高了CSR患者的生活质量.%Objective To explore the clinical effects of Sanjiao acupuncture for treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy ( CSR ) . Methods A total of 32 CSR patients were randomly divided as trial group and control group, with 16 in each. The patients in the trial group were treated by Sanjiao acupuncture at points of Zhongwan and Qihai, as well as Xuehai, Zusanli, and Waiguan on both sides; while those in the control group were by conventional acupuncture at tenderness points, painful points and meridian points. The scoring marks of symptoms and signs of the patients in the 2 groups before and after the treatment were comparatively analyzed. Results The difference of clinical effect between the two group was statistically significant ( u = 3. 86, P <0. 05 ), with the cure rate was 14/16 in the trial group and 9/16 in the control group. After the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd course of treatment, the scoring marks of CSR symptoms and signs of the patients were respectively ( 13. 33 ± 1. 87 ), ( 10. 19 ± 1. 75 ), and ( 5. 56 ± 1. 55 ) in the trial group; and ( 18. 17 ± 1. 78 ), ( 12. 42 ± 1. 92 ), and ( 6. 27 ± 1. 71 ) in the control group ( t1 =9. 89, t2 =6. 64, t3 =2. 391, P <0. 05 ). Conclusion The Sanjiao acupuncture therapy for CSR is of quicker action and better effect than the conventional acupuncture, and it can also raise the patients' quality of life to a certain grade.
