全科医生规范化培训学员对培训的意向调查

摘要

Objective To investigate the intentions of general practitioners on the standardized training. Methods A-mong 104 general practitioner trainees who had participated or being participating in the standardized training, focus group discussion and intention survey were conducted. Results Some 85. 6% (89/104) of the trainees got the improvement in clinical comprehensive ability, understanding on basic theory knowledge and communication skills. Nevertheless, there were 14.4% (15/ 104) of them held that the training effect was not satisfactory, such as " separation of clinical learning and community practice" and " lack of the understanding of general medicine in clinical teachers" . Majority of the trainees held that nowadays no suitable textbook for the standardized training and it is necessary to write some textbooks. And the most concerned textbooks by 79. 8% ( 83/104) of them were those on " clinical practice for general practitioners" , and it is necessary to avoid the similarity with undergraduate textbooks. Conclusion In order to improve the quality of the standardized training for general practitioners, it is necessary to develop a scientific and effective training rotation plan, arrange the reasonable courses, improve the teaching ability of the teachers, and write the textbooks on general practice closely related to the community health services.%目的 了解全科医生规范化培训的意向.方法 对104名参加过或正在参加全科医生规范化培训的学员进行焦点访谈和意向调查.结果 85.6% (89/104)的学员认为通过培训有一定的收获,主要表现在临床综合能力、基本理论知识的认识以及沟通能力的提高;另有14.4% (15/104)的学员认为目前的培训效果欠佳,主要表现在“临床学习与社区的实践相脱节”、“临床师资对全科医学不了解”等.大部分学员认为,目前没有比较适合规范化培训的教材,需要编写教材.79.8% (83/104)的学员最关注的教材是“全科医生的临床实践”,认为编写时应避免与本科阶段教材的雷同.结论 为提高全科医生规范化培训的质量,应制定科学有效的培训轮转计划,合理安排课程,提高基地师资的教学能力,编写贴近社区卫生服务的全科医学教材.
