The clinical data of a patient with pulmonary thromboembolism, who was diagnosed through EKG, and auxiliary examinations of three items for myocardial infarction and other examinations, were retrospectively investigated. Thus we summarize the experience about how a general practitioner in community to indentify, treat and transfer timely the patients with the disease, and finally we define the criterion for diagnosis of this disease.%回顾社区全科医生通过心电图、心肌梗死三项等实验室检查确诊的1例肺血栓栓塞患者的病例资料,总结社区医院诊治肺血栓栓塞的经验,分析社区全科医生接诊并及时转诊肺栓塞患者的体会,明确肺栓塞的诊断标准.
