华法林是目前广泛应用的口服抗凝血药,是抗凝治疗的首选药.华法林引起出血合并症很常见,而引起胃食管黏膜下血肿形成及出血较少见.本研究回顾临床应用华法林引起凝血机制障碍,报告出现食管黏膜下血肿的3例病例.%As one of the common oral drugs for anticoagulation, Warfarin is the drug of first choice. The paper reviews the disturbance of blood coagulation mechanism induced by clinical application of Warfarin, and then reports 3 cases of e-sophageal mucosa hematoma. The hemorrhage complication caused by Warfarin is common; however, the case of esophageal mucosa hematoma and hemorrhage is special.
