手持式正交偏振光谱和侧流暗视野成像技术在脓毒症微循环监测中的应用进展

摘要

目前脓毒症的发病率呈逐年上升趋势.尽管对其治疗给予巨大的投资,严重脓毒症的病死率仍在50%.微循环障碍是脓毒症的始动因素,早期提高微循环灌注可降低脓毒症患者多器官功能障碍的发生率,因此微循环的监测对脓毒症的早期诊断有重大意义.监测微循环的方法有手持式正交偏振光谱(OPS)成像技术和更先进的侧流暗视野(SDF)成像技术,SDF轻便、无创、无毒、可视,为早期发现脓毒症微循环改变提供了重要依据.本文阐述了OPS及SDF的定义及原理以及近年来该技术在脓毒症中的应用.%The incidence of severe sepsis is increasing year by year.Despite the huge investment given for its treatment , the mortality of severe sepsis is still about 50%.Microcirculation is the initial factor of sepsis.Early improving microcirculation can reduce the incidence of multiple organ dysfunction in sepsis patients.So monitoring of the microcirculation in early diagnosis of sepsis is of great significance.New methods are handheld orthogonal polarization spectral ( OPS ) imaging Technology and more advanced side - stream dark field ( SDF ) imaging technology.SDF, lightweight, non - invasive, non - toxic and visual, may provide an important basis for the early detection of sepsis.This paper reviews the definitions and principles of OPS, SDF and their applications in sepsis in recent years.
