Septic encephalopathy ( SE ) is one of the most common encephalopathy in intensive care units, the pathogenesis of which is not fully understood.This paper reviews recent advances in SE pathogenesis, including brain signaling, alteration of neurotransmission, mitochondrial dysfunction, oxidative stress and apoptosis, endothelial activation and blood - brain barrier breakdown during sepsis.%脓毒症脑病是重症监护病房最常见的脑病之一,其发病机制不明,可能与脓毒症期间大脑信号传递,神经传导物质转换,线粒体功能障碍、氧化应激和细胞凋亡,内皮细胞活化和血-脑脊液屏障损伤等有关,本文就脓毒症脑病发病机制的研究进展做一简单综述.
