Objective To observe the effect of strengthened repair of fascia transversalis in inguinal hernia repair.Methods 242 patients of inguinal hernia were randomly divided into two groups.All the patients were repaired with preperitone-al hernioplasty by using Onlay Patch.A group ( n = 121 ) were performed with strengthened repair of fascia Transveralis and minification of endo - cycle at the same time.B group ( n = 121 ) were performed with tension - free hernioplasty by using Onlay Patch only.Results There was no significant difference between two groups in operation time, hospital stays, postoperative pain and incidence rate of combined diseases ( P ＞0.05 ).Recurrence rate of hernia was obviously higher in B group than in A group ( P ＜0.05 ).Conclusion In tension - free hernioplasty, paying attention to strengthened repair of fascia transveralis can effectively strengthen the posterior wall of the canalis inguinalis and inner belt, postoperative recurrence rate may be obviously reduced , reliable effect can be obtained, especially for giant inguinal hernia.%目的 探讨腹横筋膜加强修补在腹股沟疝修补术中的作用.方法 242例腹股沟疝患者随机分为2组,均采用腹横筋膜前平片腹股沟疝修补术,A组121例术中加强腹横筋膜修补,缩窄内环.B组121例常规平片无张力修补.结果 两组患者手术时间、住院时间、并发症发生率、术后疼痛及异物感比较,差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05);B组复发率较A组明显增多,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 在无张力疝修补术中腹横筋膜加强修补更有效地加强腹股沟管后壁和内环,减少复发率,疗效可靠,扩大了平片治疗巨大疝的适用范围.
