为系统研究免疫机制在儿童肾病综合征中发挥的重要作用,本文通过中国知网、MEDLINE、全文数据库等查阅途径,对近年来免疫机制参与肾小球疾病发病的报道进行系统的整理研究,发现体液免疫、细胞免疫、肾脏固有细胞以及相关致炎因子等在肾小球疾病的发生、发展中发挥着不同的促进作用.综合分析认为通过抑制免疫反应、调节免疫机制可能会减少儿童难治性肾病的复发并延缓其肾脏损害.%To discuss systematically the immune mechanisms in glomerular diseases, we searched CKNI, MEDLINE,full - text databases and so on to study reports of glomerular diseases from recent years. We found that humoral immunity, cellular immunity, renal residential cells and inflammatory factors all played important roles in the onset and development of glomerular diseases. Therefore, the relapse rate of intractable nephropathy might be reduced by suppressing immune response, which might be able to delay the kidney damage as well.
