本研究通过分析我国全科医生转岗培训课程体系存在的问题,提出以需求为导向的全科医生转岗培训课程体系的构建思路:(1)开展城乡基层医疗岗位调研,以当地全科岗位需求为导向制定课程培养目标和教学计划;(2)以突出岗位技能为原则整合教学模块;(3)以实践性、开放性和职业性为本位设计教学活动;(4)教学评价应三方参与,参照社区需求和执业标准,建立综合评价体系.%The existing problems in the job - transfer training curricula for general practitioners in China are analyzed in this paper, and thus a new way of thinking to set up demand - oriented job - transfer training curricula for general practitioners are put forth, including: ( 1 ) conducting investigation on the positions in urban and rural primary health care institutions, and then setting up the course objectives and teaching plans based on the local demand; ( 2 ) integrating the teaching modules by emphasizing the occupational skills; ( 3 ) designing teaching activities that are practical, opening and occupational; ( 4 ) performing teaching evaluation by tripartite model, establishing a comprehensive evaluation system by consulting the needs of communities and standards of practice.
