目的 探讨精索淋巴管瘤的临床病理特点及诊治方法.方法 回顾性分析1例行右侧睾丸根治性切除术的右侧精索淋巴管瘤患者的临床资料,并复习相关文献.结果 患者痊愈出院,随访3个月无复发及其他不适,病理诊断为精索淋巴管瘤.结论 淋巴管瘤是先天发育异常所形成的一种良性肿瘤,术前需将多种影像学资料综合判断,术中根据快速冷冻切片及具体情况选择手术方式,同时泌尿外科医师提高对该病的认识也是防止漏诊、误诊,明确诊断的关键.%Objective To investigate the pathological features, diagnosis and treatment of lymphangioma of the spermatic cord. Methods Clinical data of one case of a 38 - year - old patient with lymphangioma of the right spermatic cord was retrospectively analyzed with relevant literature reviewed. Results The patient was cured with no relapse or other complications during the 3 months of follow - up. The tumor was pathologically diagnosed as lymphangioma. Conclusion Lymphangioma of the spermatic cord is a benign tumor formed by congenital anomaly. Preoperative judgment according to a variety of imaging data and intraoperative fast frozen section results can be applied as references for the selection of surgery method. Improvement of awareness of the disease among urologists is the key to prevent misdiagnosis.
