根据目前我国深化医疗卫生体制改革的进展状况，从三个方面提出了未来深化改革的建议：一是归并整合医保基金，提高医保基金管理效率和抗风险程度；二是公立医院试点尚需归纳总结，形成可操作性实施指导方案；三是注重医疗卫生系统的内外部环境，从全局视角谋划改革的深化。指出医疗卫生体制改革的深化与拓展是站在更高层次的改革，因此，要特别注重医疗卫生系统的整体性，只有各个系统的协同有效运行，才能实现全民医疗卫生保健的最终改革目标。%According to the current status of deepening China health system reform,the article proposes some suggestions of later deepening the reform from three aspects. Firstly,the health insurance fund should be merged and integrated to increase its management efficiency and anti-risk capability. Secondly,the pilot reform of the public hospitals needs to be summarized into implementation and instruction plans of operability. Thirdly,the internal and external environments of health system ought to be emphasized,and the deepening of the reform be schemed from the holistic view. The article indicates that deepening and broadening current health system reform stands on a higher level, so the entirety of the health system calls for great attention. Only when every subsystem is operated concordantly and effectively,can the ultimate reform goal of universal health coverage be achieved.
