Material procurement by bidding is a serious, complex and systematic work, the improvement of which is a necessary measure for the hospitals to increase the efficiency and decrease the cost of the procurement. The essay introducesthe method of the procurement in Shanghai Proton and Heavy Ion Center, and draw some experiences of it.
