Objective:To find out the performance evaluation indicators of large medical equipment in public hospitals,taking nuclear magnetic resonance equipment as an example.Methods:Literature research,expert meeting method and questionnaire were used to screen the performance indicators of nuclear magnetic resonance equipment.Results:Two first-level indicators named as economic benefits and social benefits,18 secondary indicators such as payback period of investment,number of inspections per year has been found out.Conclusion:The qualified expert opinions of MRI performance assessment are consistent and the performance index has got some reference for large medical equipment assessment.%目的:以核磁共振设备为例,探讨公立医院大型医疗设备绩效评价指标.方法:采用文献研究、专家会议法及调查问卷法对核磁共振设备绩效指标进行筛选.结果:筛选确定经济效益和社会效益2个一级指标,投资回收期、年检查人次数等18个二级指标.结论:咨询专家水平高,而且专家意见具有一致性,以核磁为例研究大型医疗设备绩效指标具有参考价值.
