公立医院纪检监察干部是医药卫生领域党风廉政建设和反腐败工作的一支重要力量.当前, 纪检监察干部队伍建设存在职能定位不明确、主责主业弱化、干部编制较少且结构欠缺合理性、履职手段欠缺以及职称晋升困难、职业发展受阻等问题.新形势下, 公立医院党组织要以新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指引, 大力支持和关心纪检监察干部队伍建设, 把重点放在明确职责定位、优化人员结构、畅通晋升通道等方面, 加大干部轮岗、交流和培训力度, 不断提高纪检干部队伍的能力水平.%The disciplinary inspection and supervision cadre of public hospitals is an important force for building a clean government and promoting anti-corruption in the field of medicine and health. Under the background of national supervision system reform, it's quite necessary to reflect on how to strengthen construction of disciplinary inspection and supervision teams and advance the 'three transformation' under new situations of comprehensively strengthening Party discipline. This paper analyzes several problems on disciplinary inspection-supervision team building and proposes countermeasures and suggestions combined with work practice and peculiarity.
