某超高压管接头结构参数对接触密封性能的影响分析

         

摘要

The development of ultra-high pressure hydraulic pipe joint has become a key problem needed to be solved.In the study,a new ultra-high pressure pipe joint structure is introduced.The finite element model of the pipe joint assembly is established by ANSYS,and the influence of pipe joint structural parameters,such as the camber angle,radius of spherical head and cone angle,on the contact sealing performance under 70 MPa is studied.The results show that the cone angle have great influence on the center position and contact width of contact sealing area,the radius of spherical head mainly affects the contact width of sealing area,and the cone angle affects contact stress of sealing area.The results have a guiding significance for the optimization of the pipe joint structure,and provide a technical support for the research and development of the ultra-high pressure pipe joint assembly.%超高压液压管接头的研制开发已成为液压系统超高压化进程中亟需解决的问题.介绍了一种新型超高压管接头结构形式,在此基础上利用ANSYS建立了管接头组件的有限元模型,研究了70 MPa工作压力下,结构参数如锥面角、球头半径、外倾角对管接头接触密封性能的影响.研究结果表明:锥面角对密封区域的接触点中心位置、接触带宽影响较大,球头半径主要影响密封区域的接触带宽度,而外倾角对密封区域的接触应力影响较大.研究结果对于管接头的结构尺度优化具有指导意义,同时为超高压管接头组件的研发提供了技术支撑.
