Objective Retrospective analysis the clinical features of 1168 patients of nevus of Ota in Laser Cosmetology Center of department of dermatology,the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xi' an Jiaotong University. Methods The clinical data of 1 168 patients of nevus of Ota were analyzed retrospectively,which included the data of sex,age, clinical classification,color of skin lesions,and so on. Results In these 1 168 patients the ratio of male to female was 1:3.28,the average age of female patients was higher than that of male,and the age of onset was no significant difference between male and female.And the area,color of lesions,and diagnostic time of these patients were no significant difference between sexes. Conclusion These results suggest that there were some characteristics existing in sex,ages,areas and colors of nevus of Ota.%目的:收集西安交通大学第二附属医院皮肤科激光美容中心诊疗的1168例太田痣患者,进行回顾性临床分析.方法:总结1168例太田痣患者的临床资料,并对其性别、年龄、临床分型、皮损颜色等方面进行统计学分析.结果:太田痣患者的男女性别比为1:3.28,女性就诊平均年龄大于男性,发病年龄两者相当,无统计学差异;不同性别间皮损类型、颜色深浅、诊断年份和月份比较无统计学差异.结论:太田痣在性别、发病时间、临床分型上具有分布特征.
