目的:探讨应用颞浅筋膜瓣结合头皮刃厚皮片游离移植修复耳廓再造术后软骨支架外露的疗效.方法:9例行Nagata法耳廓再造术的患者,一期术后出现皮瓣缺血、坏死、软骨支架外露,清除坏死组织,切除失去活力的软骨,行颞浅筋膜瓣结合头皮刃厚皮片移植修复.结果:9例移植皮片全部成活,稍有色素沉着,再造耳廓形态逼真,轮廓清晰,效果满意.结论:颞浅筋膜瓣结合头皮刃厚皮片移植术是Nagata法耳廓再造过程中发生软骨支架外露后的一种较好的补救方法.%Objective To explore the clinical results of repairing the exposed cartilage scaffold after auricle reconstrution with the combination of the superficial temporal fascial flap and free transplantation of scalp split-thickness skin.Methods 9 cases with Nagata technique of auricle reconstruction with flap ischemia and necrosis,cartilage framework exposure after the first stage operation were treated with superficial temporal fascial flap combined with scalp split-thickness skin grafting,including the removal of necrotic tissue and cartilage that loses its vitality.Results All cases of scalp split-thickness skin grafting had been successfully reconstructed,with slightly pigmentation.The satisfactory results of the vivid and clear outline were achieved in all the patients.Conclusion The combination of the superficial temporal fascial flap and scalp split-thickness skin grafting is a better technique for the exposed cartilage scaffold after auricle reconstruction,which is worthy of further clinical application.
