Objective To observe the efficacy of recombinant human epidermal growth factor on oral and maxillofacial traumatic wound. Methods Using cosmetic suture technique to the treatment of wounds,wound in the treatment group was sprayed with rhEGF,then rhEGF will be appropriate to the size of the disinfection oil gauze jet wet or wet dressing on the wound,the outer covering of dry gauze bandage.The two groups before 3 days change medicine 1 times,3 days according to the next day or 3 days change medicine 1 times,and oral antibiotics,the control group used disinfection oil gauze in the wound,the other the same treatment as observation group, the two groups were observed and the time of wound healing and scar hyperplasia. Results The healing time rhEGF treatment group was (5.21 ± 2.14)d,the control group was (7.43 ± 2.46) d,the treatment group was significantly shorter than the control group.the treatment group scar formation rate was 3.22%,control group,scar formation rate 17.74,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Wound healing quality was better than the control group,and the scar formation rate was low. Conclusion rhEGF can significantly speed up the skin growth,shorten the healing time of skin,significantly reduce scar formation.%目的：观察重组人表皮生长因子（recombinant human epidermal growth factor ，rhEGF）对口腔颌面部外伤创面的疗效情况。方法：采用整形美容缝合技术处理伤口后，治疗组创面喷洒rhEGF ，再用rhEGF将适当大小消毒油纱喷湿或浸湿敷于创面,外层覆盖干纱布包扎。两组前3天每天换药1次,3天后根据情况隔天或3天换药1次,并同时口服抗生素,对照组采用消毒油纱敷于伤口,其他治疗同观察组,观察两组创面愈合时间及瘢痕增生情况。结果：rhEGF治疗组愈合时间(5.21±2.14)天，对照组愈合时间(7.43±2.46)天，治疗组比对照组明显缩短；治疗组瘢痕发生率为3.22%，对照组瘢痕发生率17.74%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)；创面愈合质量比对照组好,瘢痕发生率低。结论：rhEGF能显著加快皮肤生长,缩短皮肤愈合时间,减轻瘢痕形成。
