目的:探讨种植体辅助支持式可摘义齿修复肯式二类缺损的临床应用效果.方法:选择62例肯式二类牙列缺损的患者,随机分为对照组和实验组进行修复.通过对患者的满意度调查和临床检查、咀嚼效率测试结果进行统计学分析.结果:两组病例除美观性外(P>0.05),其余各项比较,均有显著性差异(P<0.05),临床应用效果满意.结论:种植体辅助支持式可摘义齿修复多数牙缺失肯式二类缺损的效果满意,值得推广应用.%Objective To study the clinical application effects of the implant auxiliary support type removable partial denture to repair Kennedy Ⅱ class Dentition defect. Methods Choose 62 cases of Kennedy Ⅱ class dentition defect patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,the chewing test and survey,clinical examination were taken when the denture was used for one month,observed and compared the clinical effects. Results Two groups of cases except aesthetics (P>0.05),the others all had significant difference (P<0.05),the clinical application effects were satisfactory. Conclusion Implant auxiliary support type removable partial denture repair Kennedy Ⅱ class Dentition defect,the clinical application effect is satisfactory,is worthy of popularization and application.
