Objective To evaluated the clinical effects of fixed orthodontics in combination with prosthetic treatment on incisor defects. Methods Firstly, 68 cases with defected incisors were treated by using fixed appliance to get enough space,and secondly these cases were then treated by using fixed prosthetics to restore the integrity of dentition. Results According to one to six five years' clinical observation, the prostheses were stable; the abutment teeth and the periodontal tissue were healthy. Conclusion Using the fixed orthodontics in combination with prosthetic treatment to treat the defected incisors can decrease the difficulty of treatment and secure the best functional and esthetic outcomes.%目的:评价前牙美容修复联合正畸治疗的临床效果.方法:选择68例前牙缺损、缺失或牙列间隙的患者,制订出正畸和修复的综合性治疗方案,首先行正畸固定矫治术,再进行治疗修复.结果:68例患者经美容修复联合正畸治疗后前牙形态正常,左右基本对称美观,上下前牙中线与面中线协调一致,覆(牙合)、覆盖关系正常,外形恢复自然美观,符合生理要求.随访1～5年,修复体稳固,基牙无松动,牙周组织健康；前牙覆(牙合)、覆盖关系稳定.结论:修复美容联合正畸治疗有利于患者前牙功能的恢复,美容效果更加突出.
