目的:对美貌微笑人群的颊间隙进行线距和面积的定量分析,以期为正畸临床动态微笑美学的评价和治疗提供依据.方法:由3位正畸医师对50张时尚期刊杂志上微笑照片分别进行评判,选择3人全部认为美观微笑的照片共20张作为最后的研究样本.将照片扫描输入计算机,采用专门设计的测量软件测量计算颊间隙与微笑间隙的宽度之比和面积之比.结果:单侧颊间隙宽度与微笑宽度的比值为9.85％±1.26％；单侧颊间隙与微笑间隙的面积之比为4.86％±1.82％.结论:颊间隙的定量测量分析可为正畸临床评判微笑是否美观协调提供诊断依据,也为临床矫治方案的制定和治疗效果评估提供客观参考.%Objective To measure and analyse the buccal corridors in esthetic smiles and provide a criterion for evaluation of smile aesthetical characteristics. Methods 20 frontal photographs of esthetic smile face were choosen by three experienced orthodontists. The width and area of buccal corridors and total smile space were measured respectively and the ratio were calculated. Results The width and area ratio of buccal corridors and total smile space were 9.85 ±1.26% and 4.86 %± 1.82% respectively. Conclusion The results obtained in this study can be used as one of objective standard for the diagnostics and treatment of smile esthetics in orthodontic clinic.
