目的：探讨提高下睑袋整复术的手术效果。方法：对208例下睑袋整复术者，针对其不同临床分型分别采用结膜入路眶隔脂肪切除术、皮肤切口入路眶隔缩紧和眼轮匝肌瓣骨膜悬吊固定术、眶隔脂肪移位眶隔膜固定术进行治疗。结果：208例患者术后下睑皮肤平整，无睑退缩及下睑凹陷等并发症，下眶缘、眶鼻沟的凹陷得到明显矫正，下睑缘轮廓自然，远期随访效果满意。结论：针对睑袋形成原因及不同病理改变采用个体化手术设计，术后恢复快，并发症少，手术效果明显、稳定，患者满意度高。%Objective To explore operation effectiveness of lower eyelid blepharoplasty. Methods 208 cases were performed by invasive transconjunctival lower eyelid blepharoplasty.outside approach of ascia palpebralis tighten as well as orbicularis oculi muscle flap lifted and fixed to orbital outer margin periost.superfluous suborbital fat removed and membrane fascia palpebralis fixed. Results After 3-20 months of all patients, the lower eyelid skin was flat without lid-retraction and sunken.the nasolabial fold and orbital sulci rectified and the low eyelid recovered natural.smooth appearance. Conclusion Through the individual protocol according to the formation cause and pathological change of lower lid bag.it accelerated the recovery speed and lightened the neopathy effectively.which led to stable effect of operation and improved the satisfaction of patients.
