Land system is a national fundamental system. It is relevant to the nation's long-run security as well as economic and social development. Taking Daxing District, Beijing as an example, this paper deeply analyzed five key issues of the market entering reform of rural collective business construction land, such as the implementation subjects, revenue distribution, and so on.
