河北省现代食用菌产业可持续发展问题研究∗

     

摘要

文章对河北省现代食用菌产业发展概况进行了分析,主要包括栽培技术和栽培面积、产量和产值、品种及生产布局、产业竞争力、产销一体化经营等。指出河北省发展现代食用菌产业的有利条件是:具有明显的区位优势;菌棒原料丰富,能够实现资源循环利用;气候适宜、菌种丰富;产业体系化发展日益健全;物流流通体系日益完善。分别从经济可持续、技术可持续、生态可持续等3个方面分析食用菌产业存在的主要问题,并指出河北省食用菌产业可持续发展的主要研究思路是:强化政府职能,为食用菌产业可持续发展提供有利的环境;支持农户进行合作化经营,强化商品质量管理;加快新技术研发,强化新技术的推广应用;延长产业链,努力提高保鲜加工工艺水平,倡导食用菌产品实行精细化加工;实行清洁生产,保护生态环境。%In this paper, the development of modern edible mushroom industry was analyzed in Hebei province, including the cultivated area, the output and production value, the varieties, the distribution of production and the competitiveness of the industry. The favorable conditions for the development of modern edible mushroom industry in Hebei province were pointed out, such as obvious advantage of location, rich raw materials to realize the recy-cling of resources, suitable climate and abundant species, the good industrial system and logistics circulation sys-tem. The main problems in the edible fungus industry were analyzed from economy, technology, and ecology. Fi-nally, the suggestions for the sustainable development of edible mushroom industry in Hebei province were put for-ward, such as strengthening government functions to provide a favorable environment for sustainable development of edible fungus industry, supporting farmers to carry out cooperative management and strengthen the quality of goods management, accelerating new technology research and development to strengthen the popularization and application of new technology, extending the industrial chain to improve the level of preservation and processing technology, and promoting the implementation of edible mushroom products fine processing.
