长江三角洲农业现代化评价及空间分异

     

摘要

Agricultural modernization is the basic way to increase the farmers' income. Revealing the spatial differ-entiation characteristics of agricultural modernization in Yangtze River delta region from the perspective of spatial autocorrelation had realistic significance in the optimum path of agricultural modernization. Taking the Yangtze Riv-er delta as the research object, this paper built up agricultural modernization assessment index system, used the method of entropy to measure agricultural modernization level during 1998-2013 , discussed space differentiation characteristics of agricultural modernization in the Yangtze river delta based on GIS and spatial autocorrelation anal-ysis model of Moran's I, G∗ index. The results showed that:agricultural modernization level was increasing, and showed spatial autocorrelation distribution patterns. Hot spot area of agricultural modernization mainly distributed in Suzhou-Wuxi-Shanghai, followed by Nanjing-Hangzhou and Shaoxing-Ningbo, while the cold spot area main-ly distributed in Nantong-Taizhou-Yangzhou followed by Zhoushan-Taizhou. Finally, it put forward some ad-vice in the Yangtze river delta, including:⑴In the future, agriculture modernization hot spots should continue to strengthen agricultural science and technology development, enhance the independent innovation ability of agricul-tural development, promote agricultural ecological construction, pay attention to agricultural resources and environ-ment improvement, accelerate agricultural towards high investment, high output, high benefit road; ⑵In the fu-ture, agriculture modernization cold spots should strengthen the construction of agricultural infrastructure, increase investment in agricultural production, strengthen the construction of agricultural mechanization, improve agricultur-al comprehensive production capacity, adjust the structure of agricultural industry, guide the change of the pattern from extensive to intensive development, in order to impel the agricultural modernization health, scientific and sus-tainable development in the Yangtze river delta.%农业现代化性是促进农民增加收入的基本途径,从空间自相关的视角来揭示农业现代化的空间分异规律,对区域农业现代化优化路径具有现实意义。以长江三角洲地区为例,从农业产出水平、农业科技水平、农民生活水平及农业生态水平4个维度构建农业现代化的评价指标体系,利用熵值法测度1998~2013年区域农业现代化水平;通过GIS空间分析、变异系数CV及空间自相关分析模型的Moran’ s I指数、G∗指数对长江三角洲农业现代化进行了评价及空间分异特征分析。结果表明:1998~2013年长三角农业现代化水平不断提升,农业现代化东西方向递增,南北方向倒U分布;长江三角洲农业现代化表现出空间自相关分布模式,农业现代化热点区主要分布在苏锡沪地区,次热区主要分布在宁镇常及杭绍甬地区,次冷区主要分布在通泰扬及嘉湖地区,冷点区主要分布在舟台地区;最后,有针对的提出长江三角洲农业现代化提升的相应建议。
