在建设"新丝绸之路经济带"的背景下,新疆经济迎来发展新契机,天山北坡经济带作为新疆经济发展的重要区域,分析该区域内各县域综合竞争力状况,旨在了解各县域竞争力优势与弊端.基于地理学系统性视角建立了含有经济发展、社会发展、生态环境发展3个子系统的县域综合竞争力评价指标体系,采用因子分析法与空间定量法对各县域的综合竞争力进行实证分析.结果表明:天山北坡经济带的经济、社会、生态环境及综合竞争力理论评价值的空间分布特征与其发展现实基本吻合,同时讨论了综合竞争力评价指标体系构建的科学性与不足之处,为构建更加完善的评价指标体系提供研究借鉴.通过分析各县域最终综合竞争力以及空间分布特征,将天山北坡经济带分为四种类型的竞争力地区,即综合实力主导型"强"竞争力地区,工业、农业主导型"较强"竞争力地区,农业、旅游业主导型"中"竞争力地区,单一产业主导型"弱"竞争力地区.%In the background of building"New Silk Road Economic Belt", Xinjiang had a new chance for the eco-nomic development. This paper analyzed the competitiveness of each county in the north slope economic belt of Tianshan mountain which wasan important economics region. It established a comprehensive competitiveness evalu-ation index system based on a geographic perspectivewhich included 3 subsystem, i. e. , economic development, social and environment subsystem, and used the method of factors analysis and spatial quantitatively evaluation sys-tem. The result showed that the spatial distribution characteristics of evaluation value of economic, social and envi-ronment of counties were consistent with the situation of real development. At the same time, this paper discussed the scientificity and shortage of establishing the comprehensive competitiveness evaluation index system, providing a reference for improving evaluation index system. By analyzing the competitiveness of each county and spatial distri-bution characteristics, it divided this area into four types of regional competitiveness, i. e. , the comprehensive strength of leading type"strongest" competition area, the industrial agriculture leading type"stronger" competition area, Agricultural tourism industry leading type"Medium" competitive area, and a single industry leading"weak"competitive area.
