As an undeveloped province, Gansu lies in northwest china. Using the CALT (CONDITION -ABILITY - LEVEL - TENDENCY) model , The paper analyses the status in quo of overall agricultural productivity from four aspects including the condition、ability 、level and tendency in Gansu province. In conclusion, the author offers some essential characteristics of overall agricultural productivity and the some suggestions that how to improve the overall agricultural productivity in Gansu.%自从2005年中央一号文件提出"进一步加强农村工作提高农业综合生产能力"以来,农业综合生产能力问题得到了我国学术界和社会上的普遍关注.文章采用CALT模型,从农业生产的条件、能力、水平及农业生产与农村经济发展的趋势等4个方面量化考察了甘肃省的农业综合生产能力,并分析了甘肃农业综合生产能力发展的基本特征,提出了如何进一步提高甘肃省农业综合生产能力的对策建议.
