House dust mites are the most common resources of indoor inhalant allengens,whereas Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus and Dermatophagoides farinae are the most common house dust mites which can induce IgE response of human being.The clinical significance of allergenic component sIgE detection in the diagnosis and the progress in the research field of Der p1 ,Der p2 and Der p1 0 were summarized in this review.%尘螨是最常见的室内变应原来源之一，诱导人 IgE 反应最主要的尘螨是屋尘螨和粉尘螨。为了解变应原 IgE 组分检测的临床诊断意义和作用，该文就 Der p1、Der p2和 Der p10的研究进展进行综述。
