目的：探讨前列灵胶囊对慢性前列腺炎（Chronic prostatitis，CP）大鼠前列腺BAX蛋白、BCL-2蛋白表达的影响。方法以60只SPF级SD大鼠为观察对象，消痔灵注射液进行前列腺内注射制作CP模型，以前列灵胶囊高、中、低剂量以及前列通瘀胶囊灌胃作为干预方法，观察大鼠前列腺组织中凋亡因子BAX、BCL-2蛋白表达变化。结果前列通瘀、前列灵胶囊高剂量能使CP大鼠前列腺组织中促进凋亡因子BAX蛋白表达减少（P＜0.05），抑制凋亡因子BCL-2蛋白表达增加（P＜0.05）。结论细胞凋亡因子BAX、BCL-2与CP密切相关，前列灵胶囊能通过调节细胞凋亡情况而改善前列腺炎症反应。%Objective To study the effects ofQianLieling capsule on the expression of BAX and BCL-2 in prostate tissue of chronic prostatitis rats.Methods Sixty SD rats of SPF grade were selected, and 50 were injected with XiaoZhiLing injection into the prostate to prepare the CP model. Equal volume ofQianLieLing high, medium, low dose and QianLieTongYu capsule were given by gastrogavage as intervention. The expressions of BAX and BCL-2 in the prostate tissue were tested after intervention.Results The expressions of BAX were decreased inQianLieling high dose and QianLieTongYu groups compared with that of model group(P<0.05), but BCL-2 expressions were increased(P<0.05). Conclusion The cell apoptosis factors BAX and BCL-2 are closely related with CP.QianLieling capsule can improve the prostate inflammation reaction by regulating cell apoptosis.
