目的：探讨体外受精-胚胎移植（IVF-ET）过夜受精周期中不同精子浓度对卵子受精与胚胎发育的影响。方法根据过夜受精周期中不同精子浓度，分为A组（50×104/ml）与 B组（15×104/ml），比较两组的受精率、2原核率（2PN率）、2原核卵裂率（2PN卵裂率）、多原核率（多PN率）、优胚率、临床妊娠率及种植率。结果 A 组受精率、2PN率高于 B 组（P＜0.05），而B组优胚率、种植率高于A组（P＜0.05），两组2PN卵裂率、临床妊娠率差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论过夜体外受精周期中适当降低精子浓度能提高胚胎质量，从而提高优胚率和种植率，改善临床结局。%Objective To investigate the effects of different sperm concentrations on the outcome of ovum fertilization and embryo development during in vitro overnight fertilization cycle. Methods According to the different sperm concentrations during overnight fertilization cycle, the patients were divided into Group A (50×104/ml) and B group (15×104/ml). The fertilization rates, 2 pronucleus(PN) rate, 2 PN cleavage rate, multi-PN rate, excellent embryo rate, clinical pregnancy rate and implantation rate between the two groups were comparatively analyzed. Results The rates of fertilization and 2PN of the group A were higher than those of group B (P<0.05), and excellent embryo rate and implantation rate of the group B were all higher than those of group A(P<0.05), whereas the 2PN cleavage rate and the clinical pregnancy rate between the two groups had no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion Moderately lowered sperm concentration might improve the excellent embryo rate and implantation rate during the overnight fertilization of IVF, thus ameliorate clinical outcome.
