Objective To study the effects of Felodipine Sustained Release Tablets joint Irbesartan Tablets on erectile function of male patients with hypertension.Methods Total of 240 male patients with hypertension in our hospital, from 2012 October to 2013 October, were randomly divided into two groupssuch as the observation group(120 patientstreated with Felodipine Sustained Release Tablets joint Irbesartan Tablets, and control group(120 patients only treated by Felodipine Sustained Release Tablets.Results In 4th weeks after treatment, 24th weeks after the treatment and 48th weeks after treatment,there were no significant differences in blood pressure control rate and efficiency comparison between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the prevalence of ED in the observation group decreased significantly. After 48 weeks of treatment,mild ED prevalence of the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group (P<0.01). After 48 weeks treatment, the levels of serum T of the patients in the observation group were increased but the levels of serum SHBG of the patients in observation group were decreased. Compared with that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01-0.05).Conclusion Felodipine Sustained Release Tablets joint Irbesartan Tablets may be more effective in the treatment of sexual function of patients with hypertension,and show better clinical application.%目的：评价非洛地平缓释片联合厄贝沙坦片对男性高血压患者勃起功能的影响。方法选择我院从2012年10月到2013年10月收治的男性高血压患者240例，随机分为两组，每组各120例。对观察组患者采取非洛地平缓释片联合厄贝沙坦片治疗，而对照组患者仅采用非洛地平缓释片治疗。结果两组患者治疗后4周、24周、48周的降压达标率和有效率比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。治疗后，观察组患者ED患病率明显下降。治疗后48周，观察组轻度ED患病率显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。治疗48周后，观察组患者血清睾酮（T）明显升高，而血清性激素结合球蛋白（SHBG）显著下降，与对照组相比差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.01~0.05）。结论非洛地平缓释片联合厄贝沙坦片治疗男性高血压患者可能对患者的性功能影响较小，医疗应用价值显著。
