目的探讨受精前卵子、精子不同孵育时间对体外受精胚胎移植结局的影响.方法回顾性分析2010年2月至12月800例体外受精胚胎移植患者，手术取卵后卵子按不同孵育时间进行分组.A组(2~4h组)为取卵后孵育2~4h进行受精；B组(4~6h组)为取卵后孵育4~6h进行受精.结果 A组与B组比较总受精率、卵裂率、优质胚胎率差异无统计学意义；异常受精率、妊娠率明显高于B 组，差异具有统计学意义.结论缩短受精前卵子、精子孵育时间不影响卵裂及胚胎质量，相反有利于妊娠结局.%Objective To investigate the effects of different preincubation time of oocytes and sperm on the outcome of fertilization and embryo transfer in vitro. Methods Clinical data of 800 women who underwent IVF-ET treatment was retrospectively analyzed. All the patients weredivided into group A(512cases, 2~4 hours ) and group B (288 cases, 4~6 hours) based on different preincubation time. The fertility rates, rescue ICSI rate, cleavage rates , high quality embryo rates, clinical pregnancy rates were comparatively analyzed between the two groups. Results The polyspermic fertilization rates andpregnancy rates of group A were significantly higher than those of group B;There was no significant difference between the two groups in rescue intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) rate, cleavage rate andhight quality embryo rates. Conclusion The shortening preincubation time of sperm and cumulus oophorus might improve the implantation potency.
