Objective To investigate the sexual life frequency of adult married men in Beijing and analyze its influencing factors. Methods Total of 2300 adult married men aged 20 to 40 were enrolled in the study. The relationships between age, occupation and sexual life frequency were analyzed respectively. Results (1) The mean sexual life frequency of adult married men was 7.35±3.59 times per month. (2) The mcan sexual life frequency in mental work group was less than that of physical work group. (3) The mean sexual life frequency in younger age group wasmore frequent than that of older age group. (4) Occupation and age might affect sexual life frequency. Conclusion Sexual life frequency in mental work group was less than that of physical work group, and moreover it decreased with increase of age.%目的 调查北京地区成年已婚男性性生活频率状况,探讨男性性生活频率的影响因素.方法 对2300例在中日友好医院男科做生殖健康检查的20～40岁的成年已婚男性进行问卷调查,分析年龄、职业类别与性生活频率相关性.结果 (1)北京地区已婚成年男性平均性生活频率为(7.35±3.59)次/月;(2)脑力劳动人群的性生活频率明显低于体力劳动人群;(3)年轻人群的组性生活频率高于年龄大的组;(4)职业类别和年龄是性生活频率的影响因素.结论 在成年已婚男性中,脑力劳动人群性生活频率低于体力劳动人群;随着年龄的增长,性生活频率逐渐下降.
