精料补充料钙、磷水平对牧区冬春季羔羊生长性能、血清生化指标及骨成分的影响

         

摘要

This study aimed to investigate the effects of different levels of calcium and phosphorus of supple-mentary concentrate on growth performance, serum biochemical indices and bone composition of lambs fed low quality roughages in pastoral areas of Inner Mongolia during winter and spring season. Ninety-six healthy Uju-muqin weaner lambs (half male and half female) aged (30±2) days with body weight of (12.50±1.21) kg were assigned to one of three groups with 32 lambs per group using single factor experimental design. Lambs were offered supplementary concentrate with different levels of calcium and phosphorus ( group A: calcium 0.40% and phosphorus 0.38%; group B: calcium 0.50% and phosphorus 0.48%; group C: calcium 0.68%and phosphorus 0.65%) . The experiment lasted for 55 d including 5 d of pre-experiment and 50 d of experi-ment. The results showed as follows: average daily gain ( ADG) of three groups was very similar with an ap-proximate value of 200 g/d. ADG and total feed intake were not significantly affected by supplementary con-centrate with different levels of calcium and phosphorus ( P>0.05) . On day 50, serum phosphorus content of group C was significantly higher than that of groups A and B (P<0.05). The contents of serum calcium and parathyroid hormone, and the activity of alkaline phosphatase did not differ significantly among groups ( P>0.05) . Calcium content in tibia of group C was significantly higher than that of group A ( P<0.05) , and was not significantly different from that of group B(P>0.05), whereas no significant difference was observed in phosphorus content in tibia among groups ( P>0.05) . The results indicate that calcium and phosphorus levels of supplementary concentrate have no significant effects on growth performance, parts of serum biochemical indi-ces and phosphorus content in tibia of Ujumuqin lambs in pastoral areas of Inner Mongolia during winter and spring season; calcium and phosphorus at 0.40 % and 0.38 % of supplementary concentrate, respectively, can met the requirement for growth, while high levels of calcium and phosphate input may contribute to resource waste and environment pollution.%本试验旨在研究牧区冬春季低质粗饲料供给下,补饲不同钙、磷水平的精料补充料对断奶羔羊生长性能、血清生化指标及骨成分的影响。选取(30±2)日龄、体重为(12.50±1.21) kg的断奶乌珠穆沁羔羊96只,随机分成3组,每组32只,公母各占1/2。3组羔羊分别补饲相同钙磷比及不同钙、磷水平的3种精料补充料,分别为A组(钙0.40%、磷0.38%)、B组(钙0.50%、磷0.48%)和C组(钙0.68%、磷0.65%),试验期55 d,其中预试期5 d,正试期50 d。结果表明:随着精料补充料钙、磷水平的增加,羔羊总采食量、平均日增重没有显著变化(P>0.05),平均日增重接近200 g/d;试验第50天,各组羔羊血清钙、甲状旁腺素含量及碱性磷酸酶活性也无显著性差异( P>0.05),C组羔羊血清磷含量显著高于A组和B组( P<0.05);C组羔羊胫骨钙含量显著高于A组(P<0.05),与 B 组差异不显著(P>0.05),各组羔羊胫骨磷含量无显著差异(P>0.05)。由此可见,在牧区冬春季枯草期,不同钙、磷水平的精料补充料未对乌珠穆沁羔羊的生长性能、部分血清生化指标及胫骨磷含量产生显著影响,精料补充料中钙0.40%、磷0.38%的水平即可满足羔羊生长需求,加入过量的钙、磷,既浪费资源又污染环境。
