Cohesive means and reconstruction of inference and logic relation among sentences attach great importance to the discourse coherence of translated script of Chinese medicine.Different from English language,the discourse of classic script of Chinese medicine embodies such features as zero anaphora,frequent use of substitution and covert logic relation,which is influenced by the thinking pattern.With the help of contexts of situation and culture,the translator infers the contextual relations and clarifies such cohesive methods as additions of subject and logic conjunctions and clear expression of substitution,reconstructing the structure of source sentences based on the general knowledge of Chinese medicine to guarantee the coherence and readability of target script.%衔接方法和推理及逻辑关系的建构是实现中医典籍英译本语篇连贯的重要手段.中医典籍具有“零式指称照应”“替代词语频繁使用”及“语际间隐性逻辑关系”等语篇特点,与英语言语篇形成鲜明对比,而语篇差异的背后更是逻辑思维方式的不同.英译实践中,译者需借助情景语境和文化语境推理句际关系,明确衔接方法,通过“主语凸显”“替代词语明示”及“增译逻辑连接词”等译法,减少思维方式不同造成的逻辑推理障碍,结合中医基础知识对原句作适当调整,保证译文语篇的整体连贯性和可读性.
