Objetcs: To observe the improving effect of Linggui Zhugan Decotion on heart failure induced by doxorubicin in rats and its effects on myocardial energy metaboliam. Methods: This research used doxorubicin by intraperitoneal injection to make heart failure rats model (2. 5 mg/Kg per time, 6 times in 2 weeks, total 15 mg/Kg), then aqueous solution of Linggui Zhugan Decotion (0. 2 g/m L) were administered to them for 2 weeks. Results: Linggui Zhugan Decotion can significantly improve the cardiac function and hemodynamics. It reduces the HW/BW ratio and free fatty acids, inhibits AMPK phosphorylation, and increases ATP content. Conclusion: Linggui Zhugan Decotion can improve the cardiac function of heart failure rats induced by doxorubicin. The mechanism may be through the inhibition of AMPK activation and fatty acid oxidation.%目的:观察苓桂术甘汤对多柔比星所致心力衰竭大鼠的改善作用及对心肌能量代谢的影响.方法:运用多柔比星腹腔注射 (2.5 mg/kg/次, 2周内注射6次, 总量15 mg/kg) 建立心力衰竭模型, 然后给予苓桂术甘汤水溶液 (0.2 g/m L) 灌胃治疗2周.结果:苓桂术甘汤显著改善心功能、血流动力学, 降低HW/BW比值, 抑制AMPK磷酸化, 降低游离脂肪酸, 增加ATP含量.结论:苓桂术甘汤能改善多柔比星所致心力衰竭大鼠的心脏功能, 具有抗多柔比星心肌毒性的作用, 其机制可能是通过抑制AMPK活化和脂肪酸氧化实现的.
