脾虚对哮喘大鼠脂质介质水平影响及捏脊法的干预效应研究

         

摘要

目的:观察脾虚对哮喘大鼠脂质介质水平的影响以及捏脊法的干预效应.方法:将44只SD雄性幼年大鼠按随机数字表法分为正常对照组、哮喘组、脾虚哮喘组和捏脊脾虚哮喘组.在脾虚基础上建立大鼠哮喘模型, 并运用捏脊法对脾虚进行干预, 以HE染色、ELISA检测观察肺部病理及BALF中脂质介质水平.结果:与哮喘组比较, 脾虚哮喘组肺组织病理改变更严重, LXA4/CysLTs比值显著降低, PGE2显著上升;与脾虚哮喘组比较, 捏脊脾虚哮喘组的肺组织病理改变较轻, LXA4/CysLTs比值显著升高, PGE2水平显著降低.结论:捏脊法可减轻脾虚哮喘炎症并促进消退, 这可能是其防治儿童哮喘的重要机制之一.%Objective: To observe the influence of spleen deficiency on the level of lipid mediators in asthma rats and the intervention effect of spine-pinching manipulation. Methods: 44 SD rats were divided randomly into normal control group (group C), asthma group (group A), asthma with spleen deficiency group (group AS) and spine-pinching manipulation on asthma with spleen deficiency group (group SAS). The asthma model was established based on the spleen-deficiency model. Spine-pinching manipulation was applied to intervene the spleen deficency. HE staining and ELISA were used to detect the pathology of lung tissues and the level of lipid mediators in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF). Results:Comparing to group A, the pathological change of lung tissues in group AS was more severe and the ratio of LXA4/CysLTs and PGE2 level were significantly lower and higher respectively. Comparing to group AS, the pathological change of lung tissues in group SAS was milder, and the ratio of LXA4/CysLTs and PGE2 level were significantly higher and lower respectively. Conclusion: Spine-pinching manipulation could improve the inflammation resolution of asthma with spleen deficiency, which may be one of the mechanism of spine-pinching manipulation on the prevention and treatment of children asthma.
