Objective:Observation of Supplementing Qi and nourishing yin and soliding kidney and invig spleen in treating early diabetic nephropathy.Methods:56 patients with DN were randomly divided into treatment group (28 cases)and control group (28 cases).Two groups were given diet control,hypoglycemic and other basic treatment.At the same time oral Phu Simpson Leigh 10 mg,1 times/d.The treatment group were given oral medicine of tonifying kidney qi and nourishing yin.The course of treatment was 12 weeks.The urinary albumin excretion rate (UAER),renal function and blood lipid were evaluated in the patients.Results:Comparison of the clinical efficacy of the two groups.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 89.3％.The total effective rate of control group was 60.7％.Patients in the treatment group UAER,SCr,BUN,FBG,HbAlc,TG,TC and other indicators are significantly improved.The treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusions:Supplementing qi and nourishing yin and kidney spleen method is an effective method for the prevention of early diabetic nephropathy.%目的:观察益气养阴、固肾健脾法治疗早期糖尿病肾病(diabetic nephropathy,DN)的临床疗效.方法:将符合标准的DN患者56例随机分为治疗组(28例)和对照组(28例),2组均给予饮食控制、降糖等基础治疗,同时口服福辛普利钠10 mg每日1次;治疗组在此基础上给予益气养阴、固肾健脾中药口服,疗程为12周,并对患者的尿微量白蛋白排泄率(UAER)、肾功能、血脂等进行评价.结果:2组临床总体疗效比较,治疗组总有效率为89.3％,对照组总有效率为60.7％;治疗组患者UAER、SCr、BUN、FBG、HbA1c、TG、TC等指标均有明显改善优于对照组.结论:益气养阴、固肾健脾法是防治早期糖尿病肾病的有效方法.
