Wei Qi Ying Xue syndrome differentiation reveals the general development rule and treatment principle of warmed disease.But for a long time many doctors view this as disease-bit shift,while ingnoring the struggle between vital energy and pathogenic factor during the disease development,and have lack sufficient attention on deficiency of the vital-qi at late disease.Lingnan famous doctor CEN He-ling combined clinical practice and referred to the struggle between vital energy and pathogenic factor during the disease development and the deficiency of the vital-qi at late disease,then proposed "invasive Wei in the Qi Into the Xue damage Yin Yang's death" as modern warmed disease syndrome differentiation guiding principle.Which pathogenic factor into blood and damage Yin is the watershed in warmed disease.Also,CEN He-ling created Qingchailing oral solution for Wei stage and Cen's Liangxuejiuyin formula in order to reserve and prevent damaging Yin even Yang depletion.Combined with modern experimental research and clinical survey,we found the syndrome differentiation is more in line with the current law of warmed disease development.It has theory and method and perfects the traditional Wei Qi Ying Xue syndrome differentiation in modern time.It is useful to guide the diagnosis and treatment of modern warmed disease,and is worth further study.%卫气营血辨证揭示了温病发展的一般规律和治疗原则.但长期以来诸多医师将卫、气、营、血理解为病位的固定更易,且忽视温病发展过程中的正邪相争,对疾病后期的正气虚衰缺乏足够重视.岭南名医岑鹤龄结合现代温病临床实践,参考温病发展过程中的正邪相争及疾病后期正气虚衰的普遍现象,提出“犯卫”在气”“入血”“伤阴”“亡阳”的现代温病辨证纲领,其中入血伤阴是热病证候的分水岭.针对其在卫者创立青柴灵口服液,为扭转和预防伤阴、亡阳危候,创立岑氏凉血救阴方.故结合现代研究进展,认为岑鹤龄温病思想较为符合当前温病的发展规律,其理法兼备,是对卫气营血辨证理论在新时代背景下的完善,有益于指导现代温病诊治,值得进一步深入研究.
