Objective:To explore the application indications from the clinical experience of Danggui Sini soup by HUANG Xiang-wu in the treatment of difficult miscellaneous diseases.Method:Choose the director of the HUANG Xiangwu with Danggui Sini Soup Decoction for foundation of effective medical records 238 cases.Of the four diagnostic information standard treatment,using descriptive analysis.Results:In a wide range of diseases,such as:endocrinology,gynecology,dermatology,neurology,orthopedics,surgery,cardiology and so on;disease mainly in Ying,Wei,liver,spleen,kidney,Jue Yin and so on;disease is deficiency of Yang cold stagnation,and blood stasis;mainly four diagnostic information including pale tongue and dark tongue accounting for 80.3％,have the petechia accounted for 29.0％;deficiency of Yang and cold stagnation and blood stasis and disharmony of Ying Wei don't accounted for 79.4％.A total of 128 herbs involved in traditional Chinese medicine,each patient with 25.7 herbs,and Wen Yang,San Han,Huo Xue,Tong Luo,dredging collaterals four drugs accounted for 85.1％.Conclusion:The application of the reversion of Danggui Sini soup can be summarized:Cold hands and feet,lusterless complexion,Light and dark tongue,white tongue fur,heavy fine slow Pulse,clinically to grasp the main Yang deficiency,cold stagnation,and Blood stasis pathogenesis.%目的:从黄祥武主任应用当归四逆汤治疗疑难杂症的临床经验中探索其应用适应证.方法:选择黄祥武主任以当归四逆汤为基础方的有效医案238例,对四诊信息规范处理采用描述性分析.结果:涉及病种广泛,如内分泌科、妇科、皮肤科、神经内科、骨科、外科、心血管科等,病位主要在营、卫及肝、脾、肾,厥阴等,病性多为阳虚、寒凝、血瘀等,主要四诊信息包括舌淡+舌暗占80.3％,有瘀点瘀斑占29.0％,阳虚+寒凝十血瘀+营卫不和占79.4％.总计涉及中药128味,每例患者每次用25.7味药,与温阳、散寒、活血、通络四类药物配伍占85.1％.结论:当归四逆汤的应用指征可概括为手足冰冷或偏凉,面色少华,舌质淡暗,苔白,脉沉细缓,在临床上要把握“阳虚寒凝血瘀”病机主要信息特征,随证灵活加减.
