卒中后抑郁症(PSD)严重影响患者的功能康复与生活,目前现代医学缺乏有效的干预手段,临床观察发现针刺能促进卒中后抑郁症相关症状的改善.故从基础研究与临床试验两个方面分析针刺促进卒中后抑郁症相关症状的可能改善机制,探讨确立外周-中枢皮层反射区联系途径理论的可能,分析针刺对卒中后抑郁症预后的调控机制,为提高针刺治疗卒中后抑郁症的临床疗效提供有力的生理学证据支持,进一步促进针刺疗法在卒中后抑郁症的临床应用.%Post-stroke depression (PSD) has severe effects on patients' function rehabilitation and life.Modern medicine is lack of effective treatment methods for PSD at present.According to clinical observation,acupuncture can help promote the improvement of the relevant symptoms in PSD.From a perspective of fundamental research and clinical trial,this paper analyzed the possible improving mechanism of acupuncture for PSD symptoms,discussed the possibility to establish a theory of connection between peripheral-central cortical reflex zones,and analyzed the mechanism of acupuncture' s regulation over prognostic PSD,providing strong physiological evidence for improving the clinical effect of PSD by acupuncture,further promoting the clinical application of acupuncture to PSD treatment.
