The pathogenic mechanism of eczema could be explained as a whole based on the "Stagnation of YangHeat" theory and "Xuanfu-Qiye" theory presented by LIU Wansu and the reference of "Chronic diseases transforming to collaterals" theory presented by Ye Gui.On the basis of "Stagnation of Yang-Heat" in human body with eczema,extremely serious stagnation of " Yang-Heat" or pathogenic factors can lead to the acute exacerbation of eczema,and patients presented as typical symptoms due to the pathogenic wind and wetness created by the stagnation of "Yang-Heat".Acute phase could transform into the chronic phase,because of the circulation of Qi and blood in collaterals being affected with the progression of disease.Acute symptoms could be atypical due to the different constitution.Chronic phase could transform into the acute phase due to the exogenous or endogenous pathogenic factors based on the dormant "Stagnation of Yang-Heat".%从刘完素“阳热怫郁”理论,结合“玄府气液”、叶天士“久病入络”学说可整体解析湿疹发病.湿疹患者在内应有“阳热怫郁”的致病基础,怫郁极甚或外邪引动导致湿疹急性发作,热郁生风化湿导致其典型症状,久病入络、气血渗灌失司演变为慢性期,亦有因体质等影响而初发即呈慢性表现.慢性湿疹怫郁之机未除,因而外邪、内伤可导致急性复发加重.
