目的:观察督脉火龙灸治疗肾阳虚型腰痛的临床疗效.方法:将60例肾阳虚型腰痛患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组接受从大椎穴至腰腧穴所属督脉及膀胱经覆盖区域的火龙灸治疗,1周治疗1次,共治疗8次,对照组不给予任何干预.主要结局指标为临床疗效,次要结局指标为肾阳虚症状评分和Oswestry功能障碍指数(Oswestry disability index,ODI)评分,入组后、第4周末、第8周末时2组进行评价.结果:督脉火龙灸治疗肾阳虚型腰痛的有效率82.14％(23/28).与对照组比较,治疗组肾阳虚症状评分和ODI评分在第4周末、第8周末均显著降低,差异有统计学意义.组内比较,治疗组肾阳虚症状评分和ODI评分在第4周末、第8周末时均明显低于入组后,第8周末低于第4周末,差异有统计学意义.结论:督脉火龙灸治疗肾阳虚腰痛的临床疗效较好,能够有效缓解患者的阳虚症状,改善功能障碍,提高患者的生活质量.%Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Dragon moxibustion of DU meridian for kidney Yang deficiency of low back pain.Methods:60 cases of patients with kidney Yang deficiency of low back pain were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group received from Dazhui acupoints belonging to the waist Du Meridian and bladder the Dragon moxibustion treatment coverage,treatment 1 times a week,a total of 8 times of treatment;the control group without any intervention.The main outcome measures were clinical efficacy,and the secondary outcome measures were the kidney Yang deficiency symptom score and Oswestry disability index (ODI) score.The two groups were evaluated at the end of the week,the end of the fourth week and the end of the eighth week.Results:Du Dragon moxibustion in the treatment of kidney Yang deficiency of low back pain rate was 82.14％ (23/28).Compared with the control group,the kidney Yang deficiency symptom score and ODI score of the treatment group were significantly lower at the fourth week and the end of the eighth week,and the difference was statistically significant.In group comparison,the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the fourth week and the end of the eighth week,the symptoms of kidney Yang deficiency and ODI score in the treatment group were lower than those of the last fourth weeks,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Dragon moxibustion of Dn meridian had a better clinical effect for kidney Yang deficiency of low back pain.It can relieve the patient's symptoms,improve Yang deficiency disorders and the quality of life of patients.
