目的:探讨加味当归补血汤对非小细胞肺癌辅助治疗效果.方法:选取我院接收的120例非小细胞肺癌患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各60例.对照组根据患者自身生理及病理特点给予相应化疗方案并进行支持治疗,观察组在对照组基础上在化疗及间歇期间给予患者服用当归补血汤,再取60例健康者作为健康对照.取3组患者血液进行T淋巴细胞群、NK细胞活性、IL-2红细胞C3b等免疫细胞因子指标变化,并观察治疗有效率以及副反应.结果:非小细胞肺癌患者各项免疫细胞指标均低于正常组,但是观察组相对对照组在经过化疗治疗后免疫因子显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:加味当归补血汤能够提高患者免疫功能,配合化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌能够起到良好的辅助作用,增强化疗效果.%Objective:To explore the adjuvant therapy of Modified Dang Gui Bu Xue Decoction in non-small cell lung cancer.Method:120 cases of non-small cell lung cancer patients of our hospital were selected,and randomly divided them into control group method and the observation group.Control group,according to the patient 's own physiological and pathological features were given the corresponding chemotherapy,and be supportive treatment.The Observation group were given Modified Dang Gui Bu Xue Decoction intermittent or during chemotherapy.Then take the 60 cases of healthy persons as control.Three groups of patients taking blood T lymphocyte subsets,NK cell activity,IL-2 cytokines and other immune erythrocyte C3b indicators,and observe the efficiency of treatment and the occurrence of side effects.Result:Non-small cell lung cancer patients of various immune cells were lower than the normal group,but the observation group relative to the control group after treatment after chemotherapy significantly improved immune factors,There is a significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Modified Dang Gui Bu Xue Decoction can improve the immune function of patinets,combined with chemotherapy for non-small cell lung cancer can play a good supporting role in enhancing the effect of chemotherapy.
