Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Bao-gan-kang-ai Decoction on primary liver cancer.Methods:20 patients of primary liver cancer were diagnosed according to diagnosis standards and in line with exclusion criteria.The patients were administered with Bao-gan-kang-ai Decoction daily and the symptoms and signs,serum tests,image examination and Karnofsky score were observed.Results:Treated with Bao-gan-kang-ai Decoction,the patients' total effective rate of alleviation of symptoms and signs was 88.3％,liver function was improved,change of AFP level was not significant,the tumors of 85％ patients were smaller or stable,and Karnofsky score elevated significantly.Conclusion:Bao-gan-kang-ai Decoction can relieve the clinical symptoms and improve the life quality of the patients of primary liver cancer.%目的:观察保肝抗癌方治疗原发性肝癌的临床疗效.方法:20例患者均符合原发性肝癌的诊断标准,采用中药口服治疗,观察症状、体征、血清学及影像学检查指标和生活质量情况.结果:经保肝抗癌方治疗后,患者临床症状改善总有效率88.3％,肝功能较治疗前明显改善,AFP水平变化不显著,85％患者影像学检查显示肿块缩小或稳定,卡氏评分较治疗前明显提高.结论:保肝抗癌方可减轻原发性肝癌患者的临床症状,改善其生存质量.
