熊胆粉对脑缺血损伤大鼠神经行为学障碍及神经细胞凋亡的影响

         

摘要

目的:探讨熊胆粉对脑缺血损伤大鼠神经行为学、缺血侧脑组织病理学及缺血半暗带皮层神经细胞凋亡的影响.方法:70只SD大鼠行pMCAO术,根据longa评分随机分层分为5组予不同灌胃治疗.行Narrow-Alley corner Test检测大鼠神经行为改变,HE染色观察缺血侧脑组织病理学改变,TUNEL法检测缺血半暗带皮层神经细胞凋亡水平.结果:熊胆粉组大鼠NarrowAlley Corner Test得分较模型组降低,缺血侧脑组织病理损伤减轻,缺血半暗带神经细胞凋亡较少.结论:熊胆粉可促进脑缺血损伤大鼠神经功能障碍的恢复,减轻脑组织病理损害,减少神经细胞凋亡.%Objective:To investigate the effect of Bear bile power on neurological dysfunction, pathological change of ischemic brain and neuron apoptosis of rats with cerebral ischemic injury. Methods:Cerebral ischemia was induced by permanent middle cerebral artery occlusion( MCAO). After operation, the rats were stratified randomly divided into five groups according to their longa scores, respectively given different treatments. The neuroprotecive effect was detected by Narrow-Alley corner Test, the HE staining was applied to observe the pathologic change of ischemic brain and the TUNEL technology was used to test the level of neuron apoptosis in ischemic penumbra cortex. Results;The scores of Narrow-Alley corner Test of BBP group were significantly decreased compared with model group. The pathological damage of ischemic brain was alleviated and neuron apoptosis of ischemic penumbra cortex of BBP group were decreased compared with model group. Conclusion: Bear bile power can promote the recovery of neurological dysfunction of rats with cerebral ischemic injury, alleviate the pathological damage of brain, and reduce the neuron apoptosis.
